Who are we?

BY Total Car Care is the brainchild of two individuals, Felicity McDowell and Zeke Richardson. The idea was simple, start a business with two things in mind, treating people fairly and having fun. We see too many people who just don’t know who to turn to for their vehicle needs or get ripped off due to lack of knowledge. We decided to make a difference and start a company founded on trust and treating everyone like we’d treat a family member. That just leaves one question, what can we do for you?

Soooo, why BY? BY is short for BotanYuki, my first pup I adopted when I moved out, who has now tragically went to the dog park in the sky. She was always there for me, and I had to give her a place of honor in my business. I promise, on her name, that I will do right by you as she did right by me.
